Our Fair Usage Policy ensures that most users' activity falls within our free and paid plans. We aim to keep our pricing simple and our limits flexible, so you don't need to worry about usage caps or paywalls. If your usage exceeds what is considered fair, we will notify you and work with you to find a solution. PDF Maker reserves the right to limit the number of requests you can make in a given period and to temporarily suspend your account if you exceed the limits set in our Fair Usage Policy.

What is considered fair usage?

Fair usage is defined as the average usage of most users. The PDF Maker's Fair Usage Policy is designed to prevent abuse and ensure that all users have a great experience. If your usage is significantly higher than the average user, we may ask you to upgrade to a higher plan or limit your usage.

SLA, Priority Support & Custom Feature Requests

Our SLA, Priority Support, and Custom Feature Requests can only be opted for by users on the Enterprise plan. These are add-on services and are not included in the Enterprise plan. If you are on the Enterprise plan and wish to opt for these services, an additional fee will be charged.
